We strongly believe that education must develop the whole child academically, socially and physically, to acquire the knowledge and skills to enable them to become independent, confident learners.

To enable this we aim to provide a creative, broad and stimulating curriculum, which is differentiated to ensure that the learning is appropriate for each child.

The children are taught in groups, as a class or sometimes individually depending on the needs of the pupil and the curriculum subject.

Whenever possible, emphasis is placed on learning through first hand experience.  Children are encouraged to communicate clearly and confidently, and we hope that they will derive enjoyment and satisfaction from meeting and pursuing appropriate challenges.

Each term you will be offered the opportunity to come and discover what your child will be learning through year group curriculum meetings and newsletters.

You will also be offered the opportunity to discuss your child’s progress on a termly basis with your child’s teacher.
